BUYER REBATE OFFER

We also want to provide you great service at the right price. We've embraced an efficient overhead model to manage our costs. This allows us to pass on our savings to clients to use towards their purchase. Our clients are typically offered a rebate of 1%-1.5% of the home value when buying with our Brea Team. The exact rebate is based on the home price, commission from the listing and any special included. We do our best to maximize the value for our clients. If you have any questions about our rebate program/structure, please just give us a call or schedule a call in our calendar and we'll be happy to answer them for you.

*If you are buying out of our area, or the client capacity for our team is full, we can utilize a network of trusted referral agents to help serve you. They can also provide a rebate, albeit smaller in some cases.

Next Steps?

When potential clients are ready to begin, they schedule an introductory call with our team. This is an opportunity for you to learn and ask questions about our team/programs, as we learn more about your needs as well. Once we have that call and we are both a good fit to move forward, we move on to our "plan" meeting. At this point, we begin identifying all of your needs and building a transaction plan - everything from potential home features to mortgage pre-approval. Once completed, we confirm the rebate/program in our buyer agreement and begin your home search process. 

How can the Rebate be used?

Ultimately, we are a firm believer in a cost-effective transaction for our clients. A rebate can be very powerful in improving your ability to purchase a home and handle those costs. A 1.5% rebate for a $500K house purchase would be $7.5K back to the buyer. This amount can often pay most, if not all, of your closing costs for a purchase. This will allow you to direct that money to cover other expenses, such as important renovations for your new home or pay off the last few months on a lease. Another popular option is to buy down your interest rate for your mortgage - potentially lowering your monthly mortgage payment by 10%-20% with a rebate of that size. Overall, the buyer rebate can potentially pay or offset numerous costs related to your home purchase. While we understand our value as realtors, we also recognize what a rebate can do to assist our buyers to become more competitive, and even more simply afford a home that may not have been possible without it. We've embraced technology and a low overhead model to dramatically reduce our costs, I.E  no extravagant office/expenses, streamlined marketing budget, and no excessive commission splits with our brokerage. This allows us to pass those savings on to our clients. Our clients are offered rebates of typically 1%-2% of the home value when buying with our Brea Team. (When our team client capacity is full or you are buying out of our area, we utilize our network of trusted referral agents to serve you. They will also provide a rebate, albeit in some cases smaller). The exact rebate will be based on the home value and commission, as well, can be enhanced by an applicable program or special we have in place.
